TWO TIER WEDDING - IVORY WITH WHITE FLOWERS
...For Amanda and Richard

A Two Tier Square Ivory Wedding Cake ...Ivory Stripes
Bottom Tier was a White Chocolate Cake - each layer filled with a Milk Chocolate Ganache - whilst the top tier was a Dark Chocolate Mud Cake - again, each layer filled with a Chocolate Ganache.

White Flowers and pastel Lime Green Leaves sat around the base of each cake - as well as sitting on top of and tumbling over the edge of the top tier.

The Wedding Ceremony was held in the Perth Hills ..........in a Rose Garden.
The Reception afterwards was held in Amanda's Parents Garden ... also up in the beautiful Perth Hills.

IVORY AND PINK - BIRDS AND FLOWERS...
WITH IVORY BUTTERFLIES.
For Odette....

Pink Tumbling Flowers along with Ivory Birds and Pink Flowers is what Chloe asked me to make for her Sister Odette's Bridal Shower High Tea.

A Gluten Free Moist Chocolate Cake ....with every one of the six layers filled with a Milk Chocolate Ganache.
Standing just on 7 inches Tall i delivered this pretty cake to sit amongst other delicious delights, sparkling Champagne glasses and beautiful floral arrangements....... all in readiness for the special afternoon.

Little Pastel Pink Meringues in little cellophane bags tied with pink ribbon is what i also delivered - sitting in my Apothecary Glass Jar

Such a pleasure to create for two lovely Sisters...

BABY SHOWER -
WHITE CLOUDS AND A LILAC MOON.

A soft and gentle Cake ..... to celebrate the intending arrival of a new Baby.

Little Stars on the end of satin ribbons hung down from under fluffy white clouds...and a lilac moon added that extra touch of colour to this soft Pastel Lemon and White Cake.

Standing 6 inches high....it was indeed a pretty cake for my Friend Deborah to take to her friends Baby Shower.

Included in the delivery was a large bowl of little white *cloud* meringues.... just for that added touch of softness ....... along with a little yellow rubber duck.........................too cute

WEDDING - WHITE HAT - BLACK HAT...
WITH A TOUCH OF ORANGE
for TANNIELL & MARK

Some two years ago i designed a *Hat Cake* for a Photo Shoot........

.... then this September i was asked to make a Cake along the same design as a Wedding Cake..

Two Brandied Fruit Cakes...both 3 inches high - glazed with an Apricot Jam syrup - caredully stacked on top of each other - covered in Marzipan and then covered in a thin layer of Fondant ............... then decorated with 730 small flowers.
Large flowers formed the brim of the Hat Cake with smaller flowers placed over them so as to give the tumbling effect.
Three Orange Flowers sat on top of the Cake...
Orange being the main Colour Theme of the Wedding. and Reception.

To sit along side the White Flower Hat Cake i made a Black Top Hat..... and for that added Orange touch there was to be an Orange Ribbon around the base of the Top Hat.

The Venue for this Wedding was the Aqua Viva - whih sits out qpon the water at Nedlands - here in Perth.

Blue skies and a gentle breeze made for a perfect Spring Wedding.
