MINI CUPCAKES - IVORY WITH CHAMPAGNE DUST

An invite from my dear friend Mrs LP had me thinking of some little sweet delights that i could make and take with me.

Perhaps Mini Cupcakes.... yes. Mini Sponge Cupcakes with a chocolate ganache filling.
Who knew such mini Cupcakes could look so pretty when arranged on the Cake stand.
Ivory Flowers dusted with Champagne Dust..... such a pretty sheen when seen in certain light...










And of course - my signature Butterfly.

    Yes, the butterfly is cute...
    It was HUGE on the mini cupcake - but i liked the idea
    It was *different* to other cupcakes
