Clear Skies shone over Perth as i set the Wedding Cake up at the Royal Perth Yacht Club.
The Two Tiered Wedding Cake...sitting on Tree Rounds - supplied by the Brides Father.... was a personnel touch for the Day.
The Bottom Tier being a 10 inch Round x 6 inches high was a Dark Chocolate Mud Cake with Dark Pitted Morello Cherries....torted into 6 layers, each layer being filled with a beautiful smooth Belgium Milk Chocolate Ganache.
Then the entire Cake was covered in the same Ganache - then decorated with Rustic Vertical lines of Belgium White Chocolate.
The Top Tier being an 8 inch Round x 6 inches high Vanilla Bean Sponge - torted into 6 layers and filled with Italian Buttercream - then covered in White Chocolate Ganache and again, decorated with Rustic Vertical lines.
The Bride chose Silk Flowers for me to decorate her Cake with.....
A large Peony to sit atop the op Tier and Two Roses to sit against the bottom Tier edge. All in colours of Apricots, Pinks and Cream.
